Roundesk accepts payment in two methods namely Credit Card and Coupon code. For credit card, details including Name on the card, Card number, Expiration date and CVV number are required which when updated in the system can help in auto debit of payment on a monthly basis.
In case of any change in credit card details, the user can update them under Account management -> Payment method tab and save the details by clicking the Update payment method button.
In case of Coupon code, if the user has a promotional coupon code which provide usage of Roundesk for a limited period, the user while registration can select the coupon option and enter the coupon code to process the payment. Coupon code option is not available under Account management page once the user has logged into the account.
