When the participant has joined the meeting before the host, the participant after confirming the meeting id and name is shown a page mentioning that meeting will start once the host has joined. This is waiting lobby for the participant. The host once has logged into the meeting can also see the details of users who are waiting from the toggle view settings.
In order to avoid the waiting lobby status, while scheduling the meeting, if the host selects the option 'Start without host' then the meeting will be started even if the participants log in before the host of the meeting.
