1. Enter the Roundesk URL in the browser https://roundesk.io/
2. Click on "Sign In" button
3. Enter a valid username and password in the login page and click on "Login" button
4. Click on "Start Now" from the scheduled meeting in the timeline page.
5. The meeting login page opens confirming the meeting id and user name
6. Select the preferred Audio and video mode and click on "Continue"
7. The meeting window and meeting is commenced
8. Click on "More Actions" icon at the bottom of the screen(Blue colour three dots icon next to raise hand icon)
9. Select the Select Background options from list of menu appearing under More actions
10. The Virtual Background pop up window opens with a list of predefined backgrounds
11. Select any existing background
12. Click on Apply button
13. The selected background is applied to the meeting room.
14. The User can also Add new backgrounds by clicking on 'Add Background' button in the pop up window and add a new background which can be selected for the meeting.
