The user can schedule a meeting which starts to record on call starts and save the recording in the local machine of the host, steps involved:
1.Login to https://roundesk.io/login
2.Enter a valid username and password and click on Log in Button
3.Click on Schedule Meeting Button present either in the right side top of the page or from the left side panel of the page next to Timeline button
4.Enter the Title of the meeting in the 'Meeting Title'
5.Enter the Start date and end date in the respective fields
6.Enter the duration of meeting in Start time and End Time fields
7.Select the Time Zone based on the location
8.Enter the Email id and Name of the participants of meeting to be invited under 'Invite by Email' section and click on "Add".
9.Click on 'Record on call start to local machine' checkbox under 'Advanced Settings' section.
10.Enter the desired password in the Text box next to the 'Password Protected' field.
11.Click on "Save Schedule" button to schedule the meeting.
The Host can notice that recording will be automatically started once the meeting is initiated and when the meeting is over, the save recording will be available in Downloads section in the local system of the host in which the meeting was hosted.
