Yes, the user can downgrade from the existing plan.From Account Management, if you are in a Team Plan, you can download to Pro. If you are in a Enterprise plan, you can downgrade to Pro or Team Plans. This subscription will be effective post the cycle of your older subscription with us. There will not be any prorata deduction.
